• Inspect issues regarding electrical and mechanical aspects of the scooters of the customers and conduct repair and service on the scooters in a timely manner
• Inspect and conduct safety checks regarding electrical and mechanical aspects of the stocked scooters and repair and maintain the stocked scooters if required in a timely manner
• Manage spares parts by keeping track of existing stocks of spares, movement of spares and required spares, and making the timely requisition
• Keep track of existing tools and equipment and also track of required tools and equipment for service works and make timely requisition
• Prepare various service reports as per Management requirement
