Customer Service Representative [Female]

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain client relations.
  • Maintaining relationships with clients by providing information, guidance, and support.
  • The candidate will be responsible to carry out regular follow-up and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Be proactive in identifying sales opportunities.
  • Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
  • Follow organizational policies and regulations that affect the sales department.
  • Greeting customers in a welcoming manner and helping them to solve their problems and queries
  • Respond to incoming calls from the customers to take their answer questions and inquiries, troubleshoot problems, provide information, and handle complaints regarding the company’s services
  • Staying knowledgeable about the services
  • Should have basic knowledge of computer and internet
  • Assisting customers throughout the service
  • Drive sales through engaging, suggesting, and sharing product knowledge
  • Team up with co-workers

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or related field.

  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Effective communication skills in English.

  • Motivation for sales.
