Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Contact, follow up all customers/parties for all daily transactions related with all Consumer Electronics Products specially Small Home Appliances (SHA)
- Assist in handling service complaints by customers, coordinate with all Sales Team Members, as per strict Company's Policy.
- Must have very sound knowledge with experiences at operating Excel and other Accounting related Softwares like Tally, Swastik for Data-entries of Daily Orders (DO), payment collections, due payments and other data as per instruction by the Management.
- Retrieve Management Information System (MIS) reports as required by the Department Head and assist with all other Office Operational activities as applicable.
