• Processes reservations by mail, telephone, Online Travel Agent or central reservations system referral
• Knows the selling status, rates and benefits of all packages plans
• Good knowledge of digital marketing and communication skills in English
• Tracks future room availabilities on the basis of reservations
• Prepares Expected Arrival listing for front office a day before
• Making arrangements for clients travel programs
• Configuring rates and open/close the availability as when required of hotel in property management system & channel manager
• Willing to undertake any reasonable request made by management in any other areas of the house
