Process Technologies Consultant Nepal Pvt. Ltd. is a consulting company providing services in process design, process safety, and applied engineering to various industries such as chemical and food industries, alternative liquid and gas fuels, waste management, and all other process industries. We are seeking qualified professionals for the role of Process Engineer. 

Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

-        Perform engineering design and calculations with minimal supervision.

-        Develop process design documentation, including heat & mass balances, process flow diagrams, and P&IDs.

-        Perform sizing and selection of process components, including pumps, valves, heat exchangers, relief valves, pipelines, etc.

-        Perform remote monitoring and data logging of the client’s processes using spreadsheets

-        Use statistical process control tools to monitor and determine control of process variables for the client's processes.

-        Provide client with necessary documentation and reports

-        Review project and process documents and reports

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

-        Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial & Agricultural Engineering)

-        Experience in process design, especially PFD, MEB, and P&ID.

E      Ability to read and understand general engineering documents, including P&ID, shop & fab drawings in CAD, and specifications.

-        Knowledge of unit operations and process equipments.

-        Basic understanding of process control strategy and process optimization.

-        Knowledge of applied statistics.

-        Ability to analyze data with various statistical programs and prepare reports.

-        Able to work or travel to client sites as needed.

-        Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, 

-        Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a team of engineers and across disciplines

-        Capable of presenting technical information with excellent verbal and written communications skills
