- Customer care and management by handling customers' inquiries and complaints and providing a prompt response with a solution related to After-Sales Service
- Co-ordinate between the Customers and Service Engineers regarding the aspects like scheduling, confirming, and cancellation of service bookings, roadside assistance, repair, maintenance, and spare parts change information
- Spares Parts Management
- Warranty claim management
- Maintain database and documentation related to After-Sales service
