We are a reputed clothing manufacturing company based in Sanobharyang, Ratogumba, Kathmandu. We specialize in producing women's clothes. We are currently looking for dynamic, motivated, and efficient candidates for the following posts:

1. DATA ENTRY CLERK/COMPUTER OPERATOR

Duties and Responsibilities

The minimum required competencies of the proposed Data Entry Clerk are:

• Understanding of data collection methodologies and data analysis process
• Advanced computer and technical oriented skills, especially Excel
• Analytical skills
• Collects and compiles data with speed and accuracy identifying what is relevant and discarding what is not, records it in an accessible manner, and maintains databases
• Thoroughly and methodically collects, verifies, and records data demonstrating attention to detail and identifying and correcting errors
• Initiative and sound judgment
• Ability to work as a member of a team as well as work autonomously
• Strong communication skills
• Efficient time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to work harmoniously with persons of different national and cultural backgrounds.
• Scan and upload images
• Maintain accuracy and quality
• Performing backup procedures to reduce the risk of data loss
• Maintaining computer equipment and inventory and organizing repairs as needed
• Collaborating with Programmers and Systems Analysts to coordinate testing environments and resolve system problems
• Maintaining and managing processing logs and run procedures manuals.

Required Skills and Experience

1. Secondary education completed
2. A University degree will be considered an asset
3. Experience
4. MS Office knowledge (Excel)
5. Fast typing ability
6. Previous experience in data entry tasks will be considered an asset

2. ACCOUNTANT - (FEMALE)

No. of vacancy: 2

• Bachelor's degree in management from a reputed university.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field (Data entry, Accountant, Financial, TAX, and VAT reporting system for an accountant)
• Should have computer literacy in Word, Excel, and other management software with commanding in English and Nepali.
• Should commit to working for a minimum of 2 years.
• should have a two-wheeler and valid license.

3. HOUSEKEEPING HEAD - (MALE/FEMALE)

No. of vacancy: 1

• +2 graduates will be preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping.
• Responsible to delegate and oversee housekeeping in several departments.
• Record keeping of the department.

Note:

• Candidates in all categories aged 30 and over will only be considered for an interview.
• Candidates living near Sanobharyang Kathmandu are preferred.
