ASN has been engaged in developing and implementing programs aimed at protection, promotion and fulfillment of child rights in Nepal. Currently ASN has been working in 16 districts under 6 Thematic Areas as: Education/Child Protection, Women Empowerment, Livelihood/ Natural Resource Management, Disaster Risk Reduction, Health/ Nutrition and Good Governance.

Program Coordinator

The Program Coordinator will be responsible for overall management of the program. Also provide technical assistance to the team member for planning and implementation.

  • Bachelor degree with minimum 2 years of working experience in related filed
  • Experience working with children and their wellbeing in both development or emergency contexts.
  • Proven project management and financial management experience
  • Proven communication skills in local language (Maithili).

Field Supervisor

Support to the Program Coordinator in preparation of detailed implementation plan and implementation it in the field accordingly. 

  • Support to the team in the implementation of community, ward and municipal level meetings.
  • Completed the Proficiency Certificate Level or 10+2 
  • Strong conceptual, interpersonal communication, negotiation, facilitation skills with working experiences in thematic areas of education, child protection, child rights, women rights 
  • Proven communication skills in local language (Maithili). 
  • Proven experiences in working with diverse community, cultures and ability to cope stress and decision making with appropriate communication. 
  • Two-wheeler driving license preferred.

Office Assistant

Organize office and maintain office common areas. Fulfill any other task handed by PC for office management.

  • Support in day to day management of office.
  • Minimum SLC with Proven work experience in related area 
  • Warm personality

Languages:   Strong command of Nepali, English (oral and written) and local language preferred/required.

Also, immediate reporting and redress of any complaints and issues based on its severity.
