The Supervisor, Volunteer Services assists with the daily activities and functions of Volunteer Services in Helping Desk of BHH Nepal Counter at Teaching Hospital Maharajgunj to strive for excellent service and to enhance the public patient and family experience. The Supervisor assists with recruiting volunteer opportunities; assist with interviewing, scheduling and on-boarding applicants as well as assisting with management duties that include adjusting current volunteer schedules/opportunities as needed to have volunteer presence as much as possible. In addition to supervisory responsibilities, the Supervisor make sure that  BHH Heling Desk is operating effectively.
