Purpose of the job

The Associate shall be responsible for taking order of customer & interacting with them. He/She shall be further responsible for passing out the order to the kitchen staff in correct manner. He/She must maintain good posture & body gestures. He/She have to maintain sanitation of the area, clean and sanitize all food preparation areas according to established hygiene standards. He/She have to Co-ordinate constantly with cashier about the order taken and also follow for the best as required.

General responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Taking order of customer and interacting with them.
• Precisely knowing what customer has ordered and passing out correct information to inside kitchen staff.
• Helping Customer understand the ordering process as it is new concept and can be confusing.
• Maintain good posture and body language.
• Always greet the customers 
• Properly cleaning and sanitizing all food preparation areas according to established standards of hygiene.
• Knowledge of operating machines in order to process ordered food.
• Organizing and correctly storing food supplies.
• Check all the ingredients needed for the day to serve customers.
• Notify kitchen staff about needed ingredients for the day and place the items in their respective container and put extra ingredients in back up in chiller.
• Co-ordinate with cashier about the order taken.
• Pass the order bowl to grill associate & inform them precisely about the
• selected menu so that they can prepare the order accordingly.
• Able to perform additional duties as requested by the management as and when required.
